Our Local Rules, Course Etiquette, and Scorecard


* Twin Shields is an eighteen hole par 70 championship golf course. Typical Southern Maryland rolling terrain with large undulating greens. Generally considered one of the best kept courses and best kept secrets in Southern Maryland

Local Rules:

* Tee shots may not be played over trees from No. 4 tee.
* Tee shot may not be played in No. 10 fairway from No. 9 tee.
* Free drop when ball comes to rest in residence to right of No. 10 green.
* Out of bounds left of No. 18.
* Free drop from all cart paths and maintenance roads.

Course Etiquette:

* Keep pace.
* No electric cars or pull carts within 20 feet of green. No electric cars on tees. USGA Rules govern all play unless modified by local rules.
* REPAIR BALL MARKS AND REPLACE DIVOTS.


Driving Range & Putting Green

Our putting green is located in front of the snack bar in the area of the Pro Shop.

Snack Bar & Daddy-O’s Patio

A beautiful setting where you can enjoy your favorite drink and watch golfers come in on the 18th. A perfect place to have lunch and award tournament prizes after your group’s outing.
